Classes 1 & 2 £10 per rider
All other classes £12 per rider
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee as stated online

Rosettes
Rosettes 1st – 6th and all double clear rounds
Rules of the Event:
1. The judge’s decision is final.
2. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, restrict entries and make alterations to entries if they deem necessary.
3. Hats – PC rules 2023 apply. Hats without a Pink Hat Tag must be presented to the secretary before mounting.
4. Run under Pony Club Showjumping Rules 2023
5. There are no age limits to each class, but please ensure you enter the appropriate class for your child’s level of riding experience.
6. Refunds will be given only on receipt of valid Veterinary or Doctor’s Certificate.
7. Absolutely no jewellery.
8. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. Please clean up after your dog.
9. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control £3 from each entry fee will be withheld to cover costs.
10. Please clear all droppings/hay/litter from Duckhurst Farm. No mucking out of lorries/ trailers. No Horses/Ponies to be tied to side of lorry or trailer and left unattended.
11. Health & Safety – The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Legal liability – save for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are, in law, responsible neither the organisers, the Pony Club, any agent, employee or representative of these bodies nor Duckhurst Equestrian Centre and its representatives accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

Withdrawals & Cancellations
Refunds will be given only on receipt of valid Veterinary or Doctor’s Certificate emailed to info@horse-events.co.uk
In the event of the event cancelling entries will be refunded minus an admin fee per entry of £3, online booking fee is always non refundable under any circumstance
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by AVHPC. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
Duckhurst Farm has been established since 1980.
A busy show jumping centre catering for competitors at all levels, from Mini / Novice through to Trailblazers, BS Junior and Senior events.
Facilities include two indoor schools complete with a full set of BSJA fences, commentary box, cafe and large car park suitable for HGV’s. The larger Indoor school is available to hire for £25 per hour or the whole facilities are available for local riding clubs, or pony club shows.
We can provide judges and course builders for your events.
