Entries & Entry Fees
ENTRIES: All competitors to be fully paid up 2023 members of The Pony Club
All entries should be made online using former.horse-events.co.uk.
Entry Fees:
£120 per All teams of 3 plus £4 non refundable booking fee
To be run in accordance with pony club/HPA rules
Late entries may be accepted at the organisers discretion and may be subject to a late entry surcharge of £5.
Entries may have to be limited and will be taken on a ‘first come’ basis
The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate/alter classes if there are insufficient entries
Horse and/or rider changes before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account and editing your entry under the ‘my booking’ tab.

Refreshments: Refreshments and food will be available throughout the day
Photography: A photographer will be on site on the day. By entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing; these photographs may be used for future publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed please tell the photographer on entering the arena before you compete
Withdrawals & Refunds
Full refunds will be given until the closing date but after that no refunds will be made unless at the discretion of the organisers. In the event of cancellation/abandonment, full entry fee less booking fee will be refunded

Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Beaufort Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

How To Find Us
From London:
Leave the M4 at junction 17 and take the A429 North towards Cirencester. By-pass Malmesbury, and after going straight across the second roundabout turn left on the B4014 to Tetbury. Go into the centre of Tetbury and leave on the A433 signed to Bath. On entering Westonbirt, turn right at the crossroads (signed to Leighterton) immediately before The Hare & Hounds Hotel. The Polo Club is on the left, half a mile from the hotel.
From Bristol:
Leave the M4 at junction 18 and take the A46 North towards Stroud. At Dunkirk turn right on the A433 towards Tetbury. After passing theWestonbirt Arboretum, turn left at the Hare & Hounds Hotel. The Polo Club is on the left, half a mile from the hotel.
From The Midlands:
Leave the M5 at junction 13 and take the A419 to Stroud. Take the A46 towards Bath and go through Nailsworth. Cross the A4135 Dursley to Tetbury road at Calcott Crossroads. At the next crossroads, turn left signed to Westonbirt. The Polo Club is on the righthand side, half a mile after passing a crossroads at a dip in the road.

Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted, correctly fastened and tagged with a Pony Club pink coloured tag.
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Legal Liability:
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis
