SOPHIE MARTINDALE WILL BE COURSE BUILDING & GIVING ENCOURAGEMENT ALL DAY
THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO HEYTHROP HUNT PONY CLUB MEMBERS AND THUS ONLY TRAINED FIRST AIDERS WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE

Entry and Entry Fee:

Entry Fee £15 plus £1.45 non refundable booking fee

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ON THE DAY ENTRIES WILL BE CHARGED AT £20 PER CLASS & ACCEPTED ONLY IF SPACE PERMITS
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab
If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available we will do this for you.
Rosettes & Prizes
Prizes to 3rd place and rosettes to 10th place
Prize giving will take place at the end of each class
PLEASE STATE AGE ON ENTRY FOR SPECIAL ROSETTE.

Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawals submitted before the closing date full refund minus non refundable booking fee. No refunds will be given after the closing date except on receipt of valid veterinary or Doctors certificate.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, £5 of the entry fee will be retained to defray costs.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Conditions of entry
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry or alter the programme as weather or any other condition requires.
- The competition is run under PC SJ Rules 2023 including tack and rider equipment.
- Competitors should wear beige jodphurs, white shirts and PC ties or stocks and jackets or HHPC sweatshirts.
- All competitors’ hats must be tagged with the pink PC tag and comply with PC hat rules and hair nets must be worn for any shoulder length hair.
- Back protectors are recommended for show jumping.
- Please take all litter home with you.
- Please clear all droppings/hay away from the Unicorn Equestrian Centre. No mucking out of trailers/lorries.
- No horse/pony is to compete more than once in any one class.
- All competitors will agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
- The Judge’s decision is final.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Heythrop Hunt Pony Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
The Unicorn Equestrian Centre is in the heart of the Cotswold was established in 1996 and is a purpose built all weather equestrian facility.
It has been specifically designed to meet the highest standard required for a wide variety of equestrian disciplines.
Facilities include:
66 x 30m indoor arena with viewing gallery and seating for 100 plus people.
60 x 20m outdoor area.
100 x 40m carriage driving arena.
Conference facilities for large and small meetings, ample stabling and parking, on-site accommodation and home cooked catering.
