Classes 2-8 – £22 Flamstead members £20
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £1.45

Times
Times will be available on www.ponyclubresults.co.uk on Thursday 4th January. Please print your number and wear a bib. All classes will run to a strict drawn order of allocated times, failure to present at the correct time may result in elimination.

There will be an unmounted prize giving 15 minutes after the last competitor has finished their round in each class

All horses must be travelled with passports which can demonstrate that all vaccinations are up to date (within 12 months) The Competition will be run according to all Pony Club rules.

IT IS THE COMPETITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR DRESS AND TACK COMPLIES WITH PONY CLUB REGULATIONS 2023/24. COMPETITORS FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE REGULATIONS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AT ANY TIME DURING OR AFTER THEIR ROUND.
Entry to any Flamstead Branch of the Pony Club competition authorises photographs/videos/other images taken by outside agencies/Pony Club. Photographers at the competition may publish in the press and internet for publicity purposes. If you do not wish a photographer to take your photo, please contact the show organiser.
No competitor will be allowed to compete unless their riding hat complies with the current Pony Club standards. (See www.pcuk.org) All competitors’ hats to be tagged by THEIR own branch.
Objections to the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes of the incident with a £20 deposit. Deposit will be returned if objection is upheld. The decision of the Judge is final. They reserve the right to alter/amend or cancel any part of the competition or to refuse any entry without a reason.
A competitor may be disqualified/eliminated for the improper or excessive use of whips, spurs, dangerous riding or bad language. The whip may be used a maximum of 3 times in any one round. Riders may not hit their horse before the start of the course and may be eliminated for doing so.
The Judge may disqualify a competitor if in their opinion the horse is lame, sick or exhausted. Neither the organiser, landowner, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
The organisers have the right to refuse any entry or vary or cancel the event without explanation. Non Pony Club competitors are not covered by the Pony club insurance and must have their own third party liability cover. Flamstead Branch of the Pony Club and its organisers are not legally responsible for non-members and their insurance will not cover you.
No horse or pony under 5 years of age may compete. No member may ride more than 3 horses or ponies in the same class. The same pony may be ridden by 2 different riders in classes 1 and 2 only.
No dogs allowed, except in the lorry park, and must be on a lead (extendable leads locked short) at all times.
No mucking out of horseboxes and trailers is permitted in the lorry/car park. Horses/ponies should NOT be left unattended tied to the outside of a lorry or trailer.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Withdrawals – Refunds up until closing date only, no refunds after this date
Cancellation Policy – in the event of the event cancelling, full refunds will be given, except for the booking fee and additional admin fee of £1 per entry

This event is being organised by Flamstead Pony Club . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
